Happy First Day of Summer! (Officially)
It can be tricky in Colorado to tell when seasons are here because it could be 90°F and sunny one day, but 30°F and snowy the next day. But, if you didn't know, today is the First Day of Summer!
There are so many ways to enjoy the beginning of summer! Whether you spend the day hiking, reading a good book on the beach, or grilling some burgers, the important thing is that you celebrate summer. Spend some time outside in the fresh air. Take a long walk or visit a local park. Soaking in some sun (and Vitamin D), while getting exercise and being social not only feels good but can lessen anxiety, improve focus, and aid in a good night's sleep.
