🕺Just A Hunka Hunka Burning Love🕺

Elvis Presley's grand legacy sees a huge resurgence during Elvis Week, which is held in August each year and coincides with the anniversary of his death on August 16.

This week celebrates the King of Rock 'n' Roll, his music, and movies, and pays respect to all things Presley in a typically flamboyant and fun fashion. This event is a pilgrimage and phenomenon of sorts for music lovers and fans globally.

Fandoms are one of the ways people do self-care and improve their mood! Celebrate the life and legacy of Elvis this week (Aug. 9 - Aug. 17) by listening to his songs and watching one of his movies such as Blue Hawaii or Jailhouse Rock or the Elvis biopic released last year! From August 9 to August 17, the song of the day will be an Elvis song!

"When I was a child, ladies, and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books and I was the hero of the comic book. I saw movies and I was the hero in the movie. So every dream I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times...I learned very early in life that: 'Without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend - without a song.' So I keep singing a song. Goodnight. Thank you."

~ Elvis Presley
