😄Laugh Often😄
There's something magical about laughter. A simple laugh can turn a hard day around, remind us not to take life too seriously, and bring people closer together. It is one of the easiest ways to spread joy, and it costs nothing at all.
Laughter also happens to be good for your health. It relaxes your body, lowers stress, and even strengthens your heart. Scientists say it releases endorphins, the natural "feel good" chemicals in our brains, which explains why we feel lighter and brighter after a good laugh. But beyond science, laughter connects us.
